What is the Leads & Insights dashboard?

The Leads & Insights dashboard is your command center for tracking buyer activity, engagement, and conversions. Navigate to Leads & Insights in your Subscriber dashboard.


What can I see in the dashboard?

For each lead you'll see:

  • Contact status — Warm or Hot
  • Listings viewed
  • Favorites — saved listings
  • Activity timeline — chronological log of interactions
  • Lead source — which post or link brought them to your page
  • Agent status — whether they've signed with another agent

What are high-intent signals?

These behaviors indicate a buyer is serious:

  • Repeated listing views — viewing the same property 2+ times
  • Multiple favorites — saving 3+ listings
  • Tour requests
  • Return visits — coming back to your page multiple times
  • Long session times — 5+ minutes browsing

Prioritize these leads. Reach out proactively with specific next steps — reference the exact properties they've been viewing.


What are low-intent signals?

These behaviors suggest casual browsing:

  • Single listing view
  • Short session time — under 1 minute
  • No favorites or saves
  • No return visits

Add these leads to a nurture campaign. Follow up once, then wait for re-engagement before reaching out again.
