- Confirm your page is live — at least one post linked and Instagram connected
- Share your custom
YHP.link/with them directly - Check that your link is correct in your Instagram bio
- Test your link yourself to confirm it's working

A buyer entered their email but it's not showing in my dashboard
- Refresh your Leads & Insights page
- Check your filters — make sure you're viewing all leads
- Wait a few minutes and refresh again
